Our new chef, Robert Burns, and our team leaders have worked together to create three weekly promotions that are sure to please every guest of Flip Flopz. These are on top of our already amazing happy hour, which is Monday-Friday 3 PM-7 PM.
MONDAYS 4-9 PM: Martini Monday, featuring $7 martinis! The best part about this promotion is there's no set menu for drinks. You can order any martini from a classic, dirty martini to a sweet cosmopolitan.
This week's special plates (6/19): Lollipop Lamb Oreganatta; Seared lollipop lamb, seasoned breadcrumbs, honey dijon sauce, (Appetizer $15, Entrée $32). Mediterranean Style Octopus Salad: Grilled octopus, roasted peppers, minced olives, capers, fresh basil, balsamic and EVOO vinaigrette, arugula, shaved parmesan, (Appetizer $14)
TUESDAYS 4-9 PM: Tijuana Tuesday, featuring $7.50 house margaritas. We've been known to have excellent house cocktails and our margarita is definitely underrated! Try it out and tell your friends.
This week's special plates: (6/20): Chorizo & Cheese Stuffed Peppers: Poblano pepper, candied jalapeno sauce ($12). Pork Carnitas Tacos: White corn tortilla, salsa verde, cotija cheese, pickled red onion, cilantro, sliced jalapeno ($5 each). Street Corn: Grilled corn on the cob, cilantro lime mayo, cotija cheese, chili spice ($6)
WEDNESDAYS 4-9 PM: Wine Down Wednesday, featuring $15 bottles of wine with dinner. This is, by far, the best wine deal on the island as the bottles we are offering are sold for $38-$40 per bottle every other day!
This week's special plates: (6/21): Charcuterie Plate for Two: Cheese and cured meat plate, crostini, water crackers, assorted spreads ($15). Scallops: Seared scallops, linguini, white truffle ricotta cheese, roasted peppers, shaved parmesan, balsamic reduction, ($30). Surf & Turf Polenta: Filet mignon, shrimp, toasted goat cheese, capers, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, scampi style sauce, lobster polenta ($35)
